How to put in contact lenses in just 4 steps
Always wash your hands with soap & water before handling contact lenses.
Place wet, clean right eye lens on tip of index finger.
Pull down lower lid of right eye with middle/ring finger of same hand. Open Upper lid with other hand.
Look directly at lens and place lens directly on cornea. Release lower lid first & subsequently upper lid. Repeat the procedure for other eye.

Caring For Your Lenses
Not required for daily disposable lenses
Wash
Always wash your hands with soap & water before handing contact lenses.
Rub
Place at least 3 drops of Bausch & lomb multipurpose solution on each side of lens surface & gently rub for 20 seconds.
Rinse
Thoroughly rinse each side of the lens for 5 seconds with Bausch & Lomb multipurpose solution.
Soak
Place cleaned contact lenses in the lens case & fill with fresh Bausch & Lomb multipurpose
Your Replacement Schedule
Lenses are designed for specific wearing times. Depending on what’s best for your eyes, your eye care professional may recommend a lens designed for daily replacement, a lens designed for two weeks of daily wear, or a lens designed for one month of daily wear.
Regardless, it’s really important to follow the replacement schedule your eye doctor gave you – it tells you when you need new lenses. Following it will keep your eyes safe and comfortable – so make sure you stick to it.
